TOPANGA CANYON I SATURDAY I SEPT 26

Preparing for

Birth & Motherhood

A Day Retreat for Expecting Mothers

A Different Kind of Preparation

Between doctor's appointments, your baby registry, nursery planning, and childbirth classes, pregnancy can become full of preparing for your baby.

This retreat is an opportunity to prepare yourself, not just for birth, but for the profound transition of becoming a mother.

What You’ll Leave with

Emotional Preparation

Explore the thoughts, fears, hopes, and expectations that shape your experience of pregnancy. Intentionally cultivate the mindset you want to bring into birth and motherhood.

Confidence & Trust

Recognize the strengths, resilience inner wisdom you already have. Build greater confidence and trust in your ability to navigate birth, the unexpected, and the transition into parenthood.

Connection

Deepen your relationship with your baby, while connecting with other mothers-to-be who share many of the same questions, hopes and experiences.

A Note from one Mother to Another

I've had the privilege of supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and the transition into motherhood as both a therapist and birth doula.

Becoming a mother myself brought those experiences to life in an entirely new way, deepening not only my empathy, but my conviction that emotional preparation deserves just as much attention as practical preparation.

This retreat is my way of offering the space I wish every expecting mother had, where meaningful conversations and honest reflection are just as important as the practical preparations for your baby's arrival.
