Discover What’s Possible
No matter what challenges you may be facing, change is possible, and you don’t have to go through it alone.
A Holistic Approach to Therapy
A holistic approach to therapy means seeing you as more than your struggles. Together, we’ll explore how your mind, body, emotions, and relationships all influence your well-being, and work toward balance and healing in every part of your life.
My Philosophy
I believe everyone deserves to have someone in their corner, to listen, motivate, challenge without judgment, and offer steady support through life’s unpredictable changes.
I value authenticity in the therapeutic relationship, showing up as my real self rather than hiding behind a veil of over-professionalism.
I work hard to make sure my clients feel truly seen and understood, but I’m also direct and offer honest feedback, because I believe change comes from more than just being heard. It comes from reflection, challenge, and trying something new, a process that involves both getting to know yourself more fully and letting go of the parts that no longer serve you
About my Clients
If you’re looking for a holistic and practical approach to healing, we’re likely a good fit.
My clients want to create change, even if they’re unsure how.
They’re ready to prioritize their own growth and healing, even if it’s for the first time after years of putting others’ needs before their own.
They’re open to putting in the work outside of our sessions, knowing that real growth happens not just in therapy but in the choices and practice between sessions.
Specialties
Anxiety
I believe that healing from anxiety isn’t just about managing symptoms, it’s about changing your relationship with it. Together, we’ll explore where your anxiety comes from and what it’s trying to tell you, while also practicing effective coping strategies in session so you can experience real relief and build confidence in handling it outside of therapy.
Grief
I understand grief as any kind of loss or unwanted change, and I honor how deeply personal and messy this process can be. Grief isn’t linear, and it shouldn’t be rushed. In our work together, we’ll create space to reflect and remember who or what you’ve lost, while also finding ways to move forward by making meaning of your experience, not of why it happened, but of how you can integrate it into your life in a way that feels meaningful. My hope is that, over time, your grief can feel less like pain and more like love.
Motherhood
Pregnancy and early parenthood can bring profound joy, but also unexpected grief, anxiety, identity shifts, and strain on relationships. As a mother myself, I understand how often mothers are the constant source of support for everyone else, yet rarely feel supported themselves. I offer a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment to process the full range of emotions that can come with this season of life, without pressure to ‘have it all together.’ We’ll work to uncover what you need to feel supported and help you move forward with intention, connection, and self-compassion.
Relationships
Relationships are central to our lives, yet they can also be the source of deep frustration, hurt, and misunderstanding. Many of us were never taught how to communicate clearly, how to name what we feel, or how to express what we truly want, and even the thought of being direct can feel uncomfortable or risky. I can help you build the skills and confidence to communicate with more clarity and honesty, better understand yourself and your needs, and create more authentic, connected relationships.

Both!
I have an office in Santa Monica that I’ve designed to feel welcoming and calming, with intentional comforts like a cozy blanket, the scent of a candle or essential oils, and coffee, tea or water if you'd like. My hope is that you feel cared for and at ease.
I also provide video and/or phone sessions if Telehealth is preferable for your schedule.

I am considered an “out of network” provider and do not work directly with insurance companies. However, I can provide monthly invoices, called superbills, that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. Depending on your plan, you may be able to get reimbursed for a portion of each session after you meet your deductible. If this interests you, here are some questions I recommend you ask your insurance provider directly:
1. Does my policy cover out-of-network mental health providers?
2. What is my deductible and has it been met yet?
3. What percentage of my bill will be covered for services obtained by an out-of-network provider?

Sessions are typically 50–60 minutes.
Most clients find that meeting weekly works best to start seeing meaningful changes, but we can talk about what feels right for you and adjust as needed.
My fee is $250 per session.
If you have any questions about scheduling or payment, I’m happy to talk them through with you.
I offer a free phone consultation to see if we may be good a fit for each other. I will ask why you’re seeking therapy, and you can get a feel for my personality and therapy style. Based on both your comfort level in speaking with me, and my assurance of being able to provide you with what you’re looking for, we can schedule an appointment, or I can redirect you to someone who might be a better fit.
This is your life, your commitment, and your healing. You should work with someone you feel compatible with.
