Discover What’s Possible

No matter what challenges you may be facing, change is possible, and you don’t have to go through it alone.

A holistic approach to therapy means seeing you as more than your struggles. Together, we’ll explore how your mind, body, emotions, and relationships all influence your well-being, and work toward balance and healing in every part of your life.

A Holistic Approach to Therapy

Specialties

My own experiences with anxiety, grief, motherhood, and the complexities of relationships have given me a deep understanding of these challenges, and of how powerful it can be to have someone truly see and support you through them. That’s why I’ve dedicated my work to helping others discover how these challenging parts of life can lead to meaningful transformation.

  • I believe that healing from anxiety isn’t just about managing symptoms, it’s about changing your relationship with it. Together, we’ll explore where your anxiety comes from and what it’s trying to tell you, while also practicing effective coping strategies in session so you can experience real relief and build confidence in handling it outside of therapy.

  • I understand grief as any kind of loss or unwanted change, and I honor how deeply personal and messy this process can be. Grief isn’t linear, and it shouldn’t be rushed. In our work together, we’ll create space to reflect and remember who or what you’ve lost, while also finding ways to move forward by making meaning of your experience, not of why it happened, but of how you can integrate it into your life in a way that feels meaningful. My hope is that, over time, your grief can feel less like pain and more like love.

  • Pregnancy and early parenthood can bring profound joy, but also unexpected grief, anxiety, identity shifts, and strain on relationships. As a mother myself, I understand how often mothers are the constant source of support for everyone else, yet rarely feel supported themselves. I offer a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment to process the full range of emotions that can come with this season of life, without pressure to ‘have it all together.’ We’ll work to uncover what you need to feel supported and help you move forward with intention, connection, and self-compassion.

  • Relationships are central to our lives, yet they can also be the source of deep frustration, hurt, and misunderstanding. Many of us were never taught how to communicate clearly, how to name what we feel, or how to express what we truly want, and even the thought of being direct can feel uncomfortable or risky. I can help you build the skills and confidence to communicate with more clarity and honesty, better understand yourself and your needs, and create more authentic, connected relationships.
